Send the Details You Already Have
You do not need to prepare a perfect technical package. The more details you provide, the faster we can understand the product and prepare a suitable development plan.
Design or Reference
Send a tech pack, drawing, sketch, photo, video, website link or existing sample. Please show the front, side, back, sole and important details whenever possible.
Sizes & Measurements
Tell us the required age range, shoe sizes, sizing standard and foot or insole measurements. A size chart can also be reviewed before sample making.
Colors
Provide color names, a reference image, a physical color swatch or Pantone numbers. We can discuss one color or a complete seasonal color collection.
Leather & Materials
Choose genuine leather, suede, fabric, synthetic material, lining and sole options. If you are unsure, tell us the desired look, softness and target price.
Style & Construction
Confirm the product type, toe shape, opening, strap, elastic, buckle, hook-and-loop closure, fringe, stitching, outsole and other functional details.
Logo & Packaging
Send your logo file and preferred placement. We can discuss insole printing, woven labels, hangtags, stickers, bags, retail boxes and gift packaging.
No Drawing? No Problem.
A Photo or Video Can Be the Starting Point
If you do not have an original design file, send clear reference photos or a short video. We will review the visible shape, materials, construction and details, then ask the questions required to prepare the sample.
- Clear photos: front, side, back, top and outsole views.
- Short video: show flexibility, opening, closure and inside construction.
- Existing sample: send a physical reference when exact construction is important.
- Simple notes: mark what should be copied, changed, removed or improved.

Do I need a professional tech pack?
No. A tech pack is helpful but not required. A drawing, simple sketch, reference photo, video, website link or existing physical sample can be used to begin the discussion.
Can I choose the leather, color and size range?
Yes. Material, color, size range, lining, sole, closure and style details can be discussed according to the product design and order requirements.
Can you add my logo and packaging?
Yes. Private label options may include insole printing, woven labels, embossing, hangtags, stickers, bags, retail boxes and gift packaging.
Can I check the sample before bulk production?
Yes. The physical sample is used to confirm the product appearance, size, color, material, construction, workmanship and branding before final production approval.
How long does sample development take?
Many standard customized samples take approximately 7–10 days after all details and materials are confirmed. Complex products, special materials or new components may require additional time.
